Owen with microwave KitchenAid MODEL KEMS308SSS04

Nick, a 27-year-old repair guy, quickly tackled Jack’s KitchenAid microwave problem. He greeted mr. Jack kindly and asked about the microwave’s age and what was wrong. Nick, with a mental plan in mind, listened to Owen’s story, figuring out how to fix it.

After identifying the model as KEMS308SSS04, Nick checked the inside of the microwave. Jack said it wasn’t heating, so Nick looked at the sensors and fuses. He discovered a little burnt main board and considered that the microwave was 7 years old. Curious, Nick also took a look at the Magnetron to see if it showed any signs of wear and tear.

Nick noticed a scratch on the Magnetron, and he knew that meant it had to be replaced. Good thing he tested everything, as the computer was still working fine, despite being a bit burned.

Four days later, Nick returned with the new part. It was a significant job for the microwave, essentially rebuilding it for the client. Mr. Jack, thanks for choosing us!
