1. Agreement By scheduling and using our appliance repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 2. Services Provided We offer repair services for various home appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers. Our technicians are certified and trained to handle repairs for all major brands. 3. Appointments and Cancellations Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone or online. We strive to provide prompt and convenient service times. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. 4. Estimates and Pricing Estimates: Initial estimates are provided based on the information given by the customer. Final pricing will be determined after an in-person diagnosis by our technician. Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the repair service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website. 5. Warranty Labor Warranty: We provide a 60-day warranty on all labor performed. Parts Warranty: We provide a 60-day warranty on all parts what we installed. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, abuse, or accidental damage. 6. Liability Damage: We are not responsible for any damage to your property. Loss: We are not liable for any loss of food, valuables, or other items due to appliance failure. 7. Customer Responsibilities Access: Ensure that our technician has clear access to the appliance and an adequate working environment. Information: Provide accurate and complete information about the appliance and the issues you are experiencing. 8. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your information will only be used to provide and improve our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. 9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Las Vegas, Nevada. 10.
